How long is the shipping time?

Shipping takes 3 to 5 working days.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We have a 7 days, no questions asked, money back return policy (starting from the day you received the order). Just send the product back in the condition you received it. For further questions or queries, shoot us an email (support@dabs.pk) and the rest will be taken care of.

What if the items received are defected or damaged?

Dabs does not compromise on quality. If for any reason, you feel the product is not up to the mark, we’ll give you a full refund.

Do you have any outlets?

No, Dabs is an exclusively online brand. This way we ensure that you get the best product at a reasonable price. It helps us avoid all the retail charges, while ensuring customer satisfaction

Can I Pay By Credit / Debit Card?

Currently we only have Cash On Delivery (COD) services. We are in the process of introducing online payments. Those services will be available very soon.
